Responsible for physically demanding tasks involved in the production of concrete components. This role is essential for daily production, often involving long hours in a manufacturing environment. 

• Production & Casting: Assisting in the daily production of precast concrete, including pouring, spreading, and smoothing concrete mixtures.
• Form Setup & Stripping: Setting up, cleaning, and breaking down concrete forms/molds.
• Reinforcement Installation: Positioning and securing steel bars, rebar, or wire mesh in forms to reinforce concrete.
• Finishing & Repairs: Smoothing surfaces, patching voids, and applying coatings.
• Site Maintenance: Cleaning tools, equipment, and maintaining a clean work area.

Shifts begin at 4am or 5am. Working until the shift is done each day. There is no set end time. 

$16/HR starting pay and overtime pay after 40 hours.
