OUTREACH COORDINATOR
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Design compelling visual content (digital & print) to support outreach campaigns, increasing engagement across social media, marketing, & community events.
2. Promote all organizational campaigns.
3. Responsible for connecting & engaging within the organization & the community to provide resources & support that are focused on MNHS programs & services.
4. Assist in developing & executing a comprehensive outreach/marketing strategy, annually, that aligns with the MNHS mission, vision, & goals.
5. Oversee development & maintenance of MNHS brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials & communication channels.
6. Establish a network of collaborative relationships to maintain communication with other community-based programs.
7. Represent MNHS by attending community events to promote networking, such as POCI & Morning Brew.
8. Develop & perform presentations informing stakeholders of MNHS programs & projects.
9. Research, plan, prepare, & staff outreach opportunities & events.
10. Track all outreach activities, engagements, & materials distributed. Analyze the metrics & evaluate effectiveness.
11. Deliver outreach materials to share program information with stakeholders, the community, & surrounding areas.
12. Manage inventory & ordering of all outreach materials in a timely manner & ensure funding notice is applied.
13. Collaborate with the business office director, grant manager, project directors, program management, & Craven Media to meet outreach objectives. Provide insight & recommendations as appropriate.
14. Establish & implement tracking systems for all outreach objectives per grant.
15. Ensure MNHS website reflects accurate & current information about the program, staff, events, resources, & projects.
16. Ensure program closures are posted to social media with advance notice when possible.
17. Monitor & respond to all forms of communication for MNHS, such as email, Facebook, Google, etc.
18. Develop & manage outreach calendars.
19. Develop & maintain resource directory.
20. Develop MNHS newsletter two weeks prior to the upcoming month. Send to executive team for review. Send to all staff upon approval by the 30th of the prior month.
21. Support new hire orientation by capturing staff photo & information for internal introductions & distribute welcome gift.
22. Ensure compliance with HIPAA & other confidentiality regulations in all aspects of job duties.
23. Staff & support outreach activities as required.
24. Attend All-Staff meetings & all other meetings as required.
25. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or related field.
2. 1-year previous experience with outreach, marketing, & / or design preferred.
3. Familiar with tribal / local resources, grant projects, & social media.
4. Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, free of major violations or infractions. Reliable transportation is required.
5. Must be able to pass pre-employment, annual, & random drug screenings & background checks.
6. Must provide documentation of covid vaccination status or request exemption based on qualifying factors.
Compensation: $40,000 – $55,000 annual salary plus fringe benefits with the opportunity for biannual bonus.
Location: This position will primarily operate from Hope Ranch, though travel may be required to off-site locations.
Schedule: This employee shall maintain regular business hours (40 hours per week), though after hours & weekend work may be required due to outreach events.
Supervision: This position will operate under the direct supervision of the Business Office Director.
