Pay & Shift Information

☀️ Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $10.00/hour

🌙 Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $11.00/hour

🌙 Overnights: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | $11.50/hour

🎉 Attendance Bonus: Earn an additional $50 weekly when you have no absences or tardies during your scheduled work week!

We're looking for dependable and motivated Production Workers to join a leading plastics manufacturing company in Miami, OK. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Inspect plastic products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Trim, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
