Essential Duties and Responsibilities Building all Aluminum poles needed to complete production orders & stock, these are expected to be produced in numerical order, and ensuring product is delivered to customer within predetermined timeframe. Making sure to keep orders moving thru production so there will not be a bottle neck. Ensure accuracy of all orders being made per the production ticket attached to each bundle of rods. This ticket will have all specifications including product type, color, size, quantity, and all other pertinent details related to the order. Keeping all areas clean daily Re-order supplies as needed. Cutting down poles to specific size with electric saw Handle all poles with air Label all poles 

Requirements Standing and moving around all day Ability to effectively prioritize and work with a sense of urgency. Highly responsible and reliable; follows through on tasks and assignments. Ability to communicate effectively with all employees. Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. Flexible and adaptable; ability to change as needed in the workplace. Thorough in completing tasks, and focused on detail and accuracy. Demonstrates a pleasant, team-oriented style; willing to help others as needed. Must be open to cross training.
