Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage the overall psychiatric mental health needs of patients. Includes maintaining clinic procedures, coordinating services, planning & evaluating clinic services, & implementing medical services per program policies & procedure in collaboration with the Programs Administrator & Medical Director.

2. Assess health status & health practices of individuals through health histories, observations, & physical examinations. Identify needs & develop health care treatment plans.

3. Respond to emergency situations & perform interventions as appropriate.

4. Establish & maintain a network of collaborative relationships with physicians, IHS, & other health service providers. Order referrals as appropriate.

5. Maintain program policies, procedures, & protocols for clinical documentation, day-to-day activities, & unique circumstances of each treatment program.

6. Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, & local regulations, in addition to grant funding agencies & individual program certifying agencies. Stay current with state & federal laws & policies that may impact Modoc Health Programs.

7. Work with on & off-site supervisors to determine goals, areas of need, provide support with program development, & medical supervision.

8. Coordinate with other programs & promote Modoc programs to local & other stakeholders.

9. Promote interdepartmental collaboration & referrals.

10. Support MNBH staff with meeting grant objectives.

11. Ensure compliance with HIPAA & other confidentiality regulations in all aspects of job duties.

12. Staff & support outreach activities as required.

13. Attend All – Staff meetings & all other meetings as required.

14. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Must hold current Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license.

2. Must possess a master’s degree with at least one-year experience in medical practice.

3. Previous experience working with MOUD & / or psychiatric mental health programs preferred.

4. Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, free of major violations or infractions. Reliable transportation is required.

5. Must be able to pass pre – employment, annual, & random drug screenings & background checks.

6. Must provide documentation of covid vaccination status or request exemption based on qualifying factors.

Compensation: $95,000 – $115,000 annual salary plus fringe benefits with the opportunity of biannual bonus.

Location: This position will primarily operate from Lost River & A-B-C/Healing House, though travel may be required to off–site locations.

Schedule: This employee shall maintain regular business hours (40 hours per week).

Supervision: This position operates under direct supervision of the MNHS Programs Administrator & Medical Director.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
